Madison Ferrell '26 Recruiting Profile

The game of softball is my passion, and my lifelong dream is to be able to play in college. In order to achieve this goal, I am constantly putting in work to better my play. I am self-driven, dedicated, and hardworking. My primary position is shortstop, but I play center field and second base as well. Softball has taught me endless life lessons, such as the importance of communication, supporting others, leadership, and teamwork. I am a multi-sport athlete as well, competing in basketball as a point guard. 

Inside the classroom, I take my academics just as seriously. I am an extremely dedicated student, and strive to do my personal best in the classroom at all times. I am  a straight A student, while challenging myself with advanced classes. Time management is one of the most important skills I have obtained throughout balancing school and sports. 

As I continue to grow and develop, I strive to earn a degree in architecture, while competing at the highest collegiate level I am capable of.
