Quinn Hoy '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Quinn Hoy. I am now officially a SENIOR at Junior at River View High School. I was the starting catcher for JV 2021 season and mid season I moved up to play Varsity. Since playing with Varsity, I have been a pinch runner and have also started left field, right field and catcher. I received my first year Varsity Letter in Softball for the 2021 season.  For my Sophomore year, I was the starting Varsity Left Fielder, and so far my junior year I was a starting catcher and left fielder. In addition to softball, I also play soccer, and was starting goalie for JV 2020 season. For the 2021 and 2022 seasons I have been a starting Varsity Defender. After the 2021 season I earned my first Varsity Letter in Soccer.  This summer I will be playing in the Cambridge, Ohio summer softball League with my high school softball team. I will also be playing in the summer Wooster, Ohio soccer league with my high school soccer team.  I  currently hold a 3.778 GPA in High School credits. I have taken a mixture of CP and general classes so far, along with Spanish and Art.  My senior year I plan on taking some CCP classes to enhance my academic goals. One thing to know about me I am ambidextrous. I bat and throw left handed, but I typically write and draw right handed.
