Brenna Ridgway-Hatch '22 Recruiting Profile

I am 5’8 Power Hitter, I can play Catcher/OF/1st and have been playing for 11 years.  I have always been the girl who sits on the bench the most, Coaches said I wasn’t good enough, I never gave up, I don’t give up and now I usually one of the best hitters on any team.

I led my High School team my Freshman year with the highest batting average, 47 R.B.I.’s and 10 Home Runs including a Grand Slam.

My Junior year we had 13 games and I led my team again with the highest batting average and R.B.I.’s again with a .548, 22 R.B.I.'s and starting catcher.

Ever since t-ball I knew that I loved this sport and I continue to learn.  I have helped many teams that needed a pick-up player, playing for 8 teams over one summer and I make new friends very easy.  My strength is thinking fast on my feet, being able to hit the ball after 2 strikes because I love the pressure, and cheering on everyone to do their best. 

My dream of playing in college may come true this next year and I am so excited!
