Personal Statement

I have been playing softball since I was 8 yrs old.  My dream is to play college softball and I have been working toward that goal. I have been setting goals each year to improve as I believe that is the only way to measure your progress toward your goals. I work hard on the field and in the classroom as that is what it takes to be a student athlete. I realize that only 5-7% of high school athletes play at the next level  and the commitment and hard work that is needed to get there is the same that is needed once you get there.
