Dear Coaches,

My name is Tayte Calvert and I am very dedicated to playing softball at the college level. This year, I was honored to be named All-State Region Pitcher of the Year, which is a testament to my hard work and commitment I put into this sport. I know many people say softball is a physical skill sport but honestly it's more mental, and you have to be confident in yourself and your team. I feel like what sets me apart is my ability to push beyond my limits, especially when faced with challenges.I love my travel team and my school ball team and I know I would not be the person I am today without having them support me and help me be at my best and how they push me farther than I thought I could go. I am confident in my work ethic and my skill in my position. No matter what I will never stop working for what I want accomplish because hard work always pays off!
