Softball to me is more than just a game.  Softball gives me the opportunity to be part of a community of powerful, devoted girls all working towards a common goal. That goal is to be the best we can possibly be together.  I have learned the hardships and challenges in life through playing softball.  I learned how to lose and how to pick myself back up and try again.  

As a pitcher, I have discovered how to handle the stress and pressure of having everyone count of you.  I love the excitement of walking to the mound and knowing that if mess up, my team will always be behind me because of the relationships and friendships that I have built.
