Heather Thoma '21 Recruiting Profile

My college goals consists of studying business and management in order to work in sports management and marketing, while continuing my softball career. My backup plan would be to study in the field of education to be a science teacher and coach high school softball. I am a very versatile player who has a passion for not only the game of softball, but also the leadership and determination it takes to play the game. Academically, I am very successful. I have been on the honor roll for report cards and progress reports all my life. Softball is very important to me, but I would love to keep excelling in academics. Throughout my life I have acquired leadership skills on and off the field. Even through injuries and surgeries, I have overcame them and continued to play the game I love and cherish. I understand that sports and education are a blessing; and that is why I stand out from other recruits.
