Hannah Thompson '22 Recruiting Profile

    Hi! My name is Hannah Thompson. I have been involved in softball since I was six years old, playing competitively since I was nine.  I wouldn't trade anything for what this sport has taught me and the way in which it has helped me grow. This sport has taught me the importance of being a part of a team, how to respect authority, and how to work with others to achieve a common goal.  I have learned preparedness, responsibility, leadership, and teamwork. I have many aspirations and dreams, one of the biggest being playing on a college team with people that I will build and maintain relationships with for the rest of my life. I believe that softball and all it brings to my life are important, but academics more so. I have a strong will to accomplish my goals and a competitive spirit that will keep pushing me to become a better version of myself every single day on and off of the field. I believe with a positive attitude and a good head on my shoulders I will work to make not only myself but the rest of the team stronger. I am a passionate person that is ready to play softball at a collegiate level while studying for a degree that will shape my life, challenge me every day, and create a strong foundation to a path of success.
