Brenna Caldwell '19 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brenna Caldwell and I am 17 years old.  My goal after high school is to continue playing competitive softball at the college level.  I have been playing 3rd base since I was 9 years old and although I love playing 3rd, I am a very versatile player.  I have played every position on the field except for catching and I hope too do some of that this year.  I think every team should have utility players and I think that is one thing that sets me apart from a lot of players.  As I have become older and played on and against some of the best teams in the Southeast, I have seen players that can only play one or two positions.  I am a very coachable player, excellent listener, motivator, great attitude, and team player.  I believe my attitude combined with my "no fear" rule on the field is the reason coaches like me.  My education and grades have always come first before softball and as I enter high school this will not change.  I believe a great education is what will help me succeed in life after college.
