Julissa Vasquez '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Julissa Maria Vasquez and I will be a 2024 graduate from Jack C. Hays High School in Kyle, Texas. I believe all the hard work I have put in is preparing me for my goal of competing at the collegiate level in the sport I love Softball. One thing a lot of people don't know about me is that I  love to sing and dance.I will start to dance to any song to brighten up my mood. Softball is my happy place and its where I feel most comfortable  .I have been raised to understand the importance of having a hard work ethic and what one needs to reach their goals in life. More importantly, I know the importance of being a team player and being a leader as well. My strongest traits are my work ethic, leadership, and my ability to adapt to any situation to become successful. I not only apply these qualities on the softball field, but I also know the importance of being successful in the classroom. I am a straight "A" student and was awarded all academic honors for the 2021 school year. I cherish spending time with my family and hanging out with my friends on my spare time. I believe by practicing my families motto of God, Family and Education will help me in guiding to my ultimate goal of playing softball at the collegiate level.
