There is nothing like winning your very first championship game. Even though I was only seven, it sparked something in me. My competitive nature has driven me to do everything to reach my full potential. A huge part of my success is my strong mentality. I am the kind of pitcher who gets put into bases loaded, no out, up by one situation. I take pride in being a student of the game and dedicate my time sharpening my skills on and off the field. I practice year round with one goal in mind-to prep for my upcoming season or tournament to help my team win.As committed as I am to softball, I am known for applying the same resolution to the classroom. I took 2 Pre-Ap core classes and 1 AP core class during my freshman year. This year, I am taking 3 Pre-Ap core classes, and 1 AP core class. My GPA is 4.0/4.0. With my time management skills and determination, I know I will be successful with my academics and athletics at the collegiate level. Good grades and a quality education are essential for my post-softball career goals. I live and breathe softball, but at the end of the day, academics will always be a priority.
