Softball has been a big influence in my life. I have been playing since I was 6 years old and I have experienced what it is to love a sport. Softball has taught me not only the discipline of playing the game but it has also taught  me many qualities along the way such as leadership, time management, and determination. 

Playing softball has made me become the person I am now. The qualities I have learned through this sport has made me a go-getter. I strive to be challenged academically as well as athletically, thanks to the perseverance and determination I've learned through this sport. I have learned to have confidence in myself and at the same time I've learned to be humble. I have made a special bond with my teammates who became family to me. My biggest dream would be to continue playing softball while pursuing a career.
