Pitching @ 8 Game...
November 2020
2020 HighlightsMy name is Maryssa Guerrero and I am a senior at Eldorado High School in Eldorado, Texas. I started playing softball when I was 6 and I immediately fell in love with the sport. I love the concept of the game and the mental thinking that’s included. I’ve been working hard all these years hoping to one day play at a college level. I started pitching when I was 8, and over the years with the help of my neighbor and tutorials I’ve watched I was able to become better at pitching. To me softball is an opportunity you get to have and you just can’t give it up. Playing softball over the years has taught me how to be discipline, encourage other people, be a leader, and to never give up even on the bad days. When I am not pitching on the field I am usually playing at shortstop. I think I would be a good asset to any team because I am a hard worker and a team player.
