Personal Statement
My name is Isabella Sierra, class of 2026, and I’m a passionate and dedicated softball player and teammate. Specializing in the roles of catcher and corners, my left-handed batting and right-handed throwing abilities bring versatility to my playstyle. I’m proud to represent the Corona Angels organization, where I’ve been a dedicated member since 2019, currently playing with Corona Angels 16U Coleman.
I have the privilege of training with E5 Performance Academy under the expect guidance of Director of Player Development, Nikki Udria-Ragin. Coach Nikki’s extensive background as a former Division I softball player and USA Women’s National Team member, along with her role as previous assistant coach for the University of Oregon has shaped my understanding of the game. E5 Performance Academy’s comprehensive approach, covering physical, technical, tactical, psychological, and cognitive training, has been instrumental in my development.
Additionally, I train with Ramon Richards, former Division I football player for Oklahoma State University and former NFL player for the LA Rams. His focus on strength and conditioning, as well as speed and agility, has contributed significantly to my physical development and translated to my game.
I’ve showcased my skills with elite-level testing scores through S2 Cognition Scoring and Vizual Edge. My dedication and hard work were recognized when I was selected as one of the top 2026 sixty players in the nation for the 2023 Alliance Fastpitch Stars of Tomorrow Games. I also earned a spot among the top athletes, being chosen out of 120 participants to compete in the 2023 Colorado Sparkler Showcase All American Games. Softball is more than a sport to me, it is a journey of continuous improvement and teamwork. With my skills, determination, and commitment, I’m excited about the future of my softball career and the opportunity it holds.
