Personal Statement
I would like to Introduce myself, Morgan Fant. Currently a senior at Henrietta High School. I am a Left hitter and throw outfielder. I have been playing softball since I was 11 and truly love this sport. I have not had the easiest life and my work ethic never goes un-noticed. I have worked two jobs and school full time since I was 15. My mom is disabled so it’s me determined attitude to help provide for her. I am a Christian and my Christian life is my number one priority. My dream is to take my sports knowledge and continue my missionary trips and teach the children the softball sport. My High-school hasn’t had the easiest 4 years. Freshman Year I was able to compete with my team for District, BI-district and area and sadly the coach who believed in me transferred out coming into my sophomore year to our neighbor High School. We started sophomore year with a new coach and Covid shut down sports. My junior year I was in a serious car accident that took out my left shoulder, but thru the season I gave Everything I could to come back bigger and better. This year is my Senior year and it’s off to An amazing start to the season. I am Currently a Left out fielder and Center. I was Picked up for a couple of years with travel with teams Vision and Team Smith. Playing second and first. I also Work with two hitting and fielding coach’s. I an determined to continue my softball no matter how much work. I understand I lost a season due to my arm. But with the help of my Drs and therapist, my strength is back. I want To earn a degree in Child-Life and Theology while working together as a team. Thank you for sitting down and reading my profile.
