Serenity Nuñez '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Serenity Nuñez and I play softball at Luling High school. I play shortstop, but I am looking to have a primary position at first base.

I have played many different positions throughout my whole life such as catcher, first base, third base, shortstop, and left field. I have played travel ball for multiple years and with many different teams. I have made a lot of great friendships and I have learned a whole lot through softball.

I have been playing softball since T-Ball and it has always been a safe place for me. I look forward to practicing everyday and crave the excitement of the game. Softball has taught me to push myself harder everyday and always strive to be better than the day before. This has applied to every aspect of my life, whether it is in sports, education, or just my everyday life.

I tend to be a leader on my teams and I do whatever I can to help my teammates both on and off the field. If I am going to improve, I want my teammates to improve as well.

My goal in any program across the country would be to play softball while pursuing a degree in medical radiology, in the hopes of being an ultrasound technician.
