Taylor Dees '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Taylor Dees. I am a 17 year old student-athlete attending McLeod ISD in McLeod, Texas, class of 2026. I participate in several sports but my passion has always been God first and softball! With my coaches and parents help, I am beginning to explore my college options for furthering my education as well as my softball career. My ultimate goal to earn my 4 year Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Pre-med and then complete my Master’s in OT. First let me begin by introducing myself and providing some important academic and athletic background. I live in a small town in northwest LA called Vivian, but attend McLeod ISD in Texas (close to my home). As a senior, I am currently ranked #3 in my class with a 4.77 GPA and enrolled in dual-credit classes through Texarkana College. I am a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, Class President, and National Society of High School Scholars. I made Varsity Softball 1^st team all-District for the past 3 years, District Offensive MVP the past 2 years, and led my district in home-runs the last 2 years. Including high school, travel ball and scrimmages, I have over 45 career home runs to date. I am a utility player but my stand out positions are first and third. For the past 7 years, I have been playing travel ball with the LA Titans organization out of Bossier City, LA as #40 under the guidance of Coaches Gerral Layton and Derrick Arnold. I am very excited about my upcoming Senior year and the memories I will make!
