Jadyn Myers '24 Recruiting Profile

Growing up in a household where my mom was a softball player and my dad was a baseball player, I was taught how to throw, catch, and hit at an early age. They have taught me everything I need to know and more about the game of softball. Although I have been playing softball since t-ball, I really started to gain my passion and love for the game within the last couple of years. I have been lucky enough to have great coaches, including my parents, great teammates, and great experiences up to this point. All of these have helped me be the player that I am today.

My freshman year of high school, I was lucky enough to be brought up to Varsity and our team was one game away from going to State. Although I had limited playing time, I learned so much from that experience. I'm currently finishing my sophomore year at a new school where I was the starting center fielder on Varsity and was lead-off for most of the season. I made sure that I pushed myself to make Varsity and be the best player for my team. In my next two years of high school, I will continue to set goals for myself and work hard to achieve them. After high school, I would love to attend a college which will not only be a fit for me athletically, but also academically. I believe that my positive attitude, work ethic, and competitiveness would be a good fit for any team.
