Gracie Whitt '25 Recruiting Profile

  I am a 5’4” second baseman from Nevada, TX. I have been a three year varsity starter on my high school team (Community high school). I have earned 1st team infield the years of 22-23 and 23-24.I also got the privilege to be put up for All-State 2nd baseman this year and was so honored to earn All-State second baseman honorable mention. My weighted GPA is a 3.76 and my SAT score is a 950.

  I am looking for a school where I can find the right fit for me and a good balance between the classroom and field. I would like to pursue a school with a good reputation for education and somewhere I feel welcomed. I would like to graduate with my bachelors in Business management.

  I am a leader on the field as well as in the classroom and would love to get the chance to be a leader anywhere I may go. I am very passionate about my sport and make sure to hold my teammates accountable inside and outside of the classroom. I greatly believe that any leader has to lead by example, which is also what makes me motivated to do my best.

  I feel that the best fit for me would be a NAIA, DII, or DIII. I believe I can truly make an impact on my team's dynamic and success. I am open-minded about any college within five hours of my hometown and hope to find the college that fits my needs. My overall goal is to continue to play the sport I love at a highly competitive level and make an impact on the people around me along the way!
