Personal Statement
Working hard becomes a habit, a serious kind of fun. You get self-satisfaction from pushing yourself to the limit, knowing that all the effort is going to pay off. I believe Mary Lou Retton stated that when she felt she met the goal of success. I remember setting the goal to play college softball as early as 3rd grade. I feel my talent along with the character, work-ethic, & leadership skills I have developed, could make an immediate impact on your program. I aspire to become a pharmacist, determined for softball to get me there. I have pushed to be a utility player in hopes to contribute to my team's success in any capacity. I work hard in the classroom & on the field, knowing this will help me to acheive my goal.
