I grew up on softball, beginning to play at 4 years old. I don't remember a life without it and can't imagine a future without it either. Working as team has always been an important aspect of my life. Being a selfless teammate is how I was raised and is what separates me from many other ball players. I've always been willingly to play wherever the team needed and as such have developed my skills at nearly every position. I am hardworking and dedicated, always putting the team's goals ahead of my own personal goals. When you are on a team you are part of something bigger than yourself and must work to ensure my actions represent that. I am a great softball player, but an even better teammate. I know softball is a game of failure, but do not let that impact my attitude. Growing up playing the game has taught me, that positive energy not only helps me but my entire team. I am one of the most upbeat personalities in the dugout and on the field, raising the morale of my team. I have been fortunate to be a long-time member of my travel time, and I am a proponent for inclusion as new team members come on the scene, while maintaining strong relationships with my existing teammates. Team chemistry means so much to me and my teams, we simply cannot succeed without it.
