Gabby Sommers '20 Recruiting Profile

Softball has always been a constant in my life. Something that I can look forward to, on any given day. I'm am not only determined, but committed to becoming the best athlete I can be. I am a great team leader, not only by controlling the game but encouraging, complimenting and supporting each and every player. I work hard and stay calm when tough situations occur on the field. 

Off the field, I focus on school. I am consistently receiving a 3.8 or higher GPA. I enjoy working with others. Because of this I have great teamwork skills. I also engage in multiple extracurriculars, and through these I have developed good communication skills. 

I want to attend a college with a strong academic program in my field of interest which is currently leaning towards the Medical Field. I hope to attend a college with a supportive community of people, teammates, coaches and students. I want to fully reach my potential at college weather in the classroom or on the field.
