Training

  • Backyard Hackers
  • 1 year
  • I attended Backyard Hackers during my 2021-2022 offseason. Here I received training for all aspects of the game both mentally and physically. Training ran for 6 months 1x a week from October to March. My time at Backyard Hackers has helped me with improving my hitting by changing my stance, fielding improved from doing drills for different situations that I may encounter during a game. The offseason training helped me work on my weaknesses and improve on my weaknesses for my upcoming season.
  • 360U
  • 1 year
  • I attend 360U in Appleton WI, during the offseason for hitting and catching. I really enjoy their HitTrax series as the reporting available on my hits really help me know where to make the adjustments. If I need to move up in the box, if I am pulling my head, not pivoting my foot all the way the side by side videos really help me see what I am doing incorrectly but then I am able to see the improvements side by side after making the changes. I really enjoy 360U as it is more 1:1 training and able to work on my just weaknesses and strengths of the game.
