My name is Ebony McCorkle and I am a sophomore at Richland Center High School. I have been playing softball since 3rd grade. I also did gymnastics for 11 years and that taught me true hard work and dedication. It also helped me to push myself to be the best athlete that I can be. My family is super important to me because they play a big role in helping me try and meet my goals and are willing to help in any way they can. I love softball not only because I find joy in the sport but the team aspect of it as well. I went to a UW Wisconsin Badger game and knew that day that college softball was for me. I love the way that the sport brings everyone close together and they are like family and cheer each other on and are super supportive of one another.
