Hi,
My name is Hallie Wilson, I live in a small town named Hoonah, Alaska. The population is 750 people. Prior to moving to Hoonah I lived in a town named Tenake Springs, Alaska with around 35 people. I was home schooled and never played any sports before I moved to Hoonah. Since I moved to Hoonah I’ve joined cross country, volleyball, and basketball. I am a starter in basketball and I play center and point guard. I take the most pride in my defense and ability to anticipate ball movement. I want to go to college for veterinarian science, but I also want to play basketball while I’m there. My goals for my next two seasons is to work on being a better ball handler, being more involved with my teammates and learning to work positively with them. I am great on the wings and center, I work great with my teammates. I would like to work on being a good leader. I have a very strong relationship with my coaches, they have helped me a lot these past years and will continue to support me in the future. The reason why you should consider me is because I have a lot of potential and drive. I am committed and always ready to play. I also know this will be a good way to stay physically and mentally active. I get along with everyone and am dedicated to improving myself and the lives of those around me on a daily basis. Please consider me for your program. I would love to continue with my basketball career in my post secondary education.
