Honesty is the best policy. With that being said, as a freshman, I came into high school shooting 0% from the 3-point line. With hard work, dedication, and guidance from supportive coaches, this would change. Since my sophomore year season, I have maintained above 30%. While I have achieved many personal goals, a few of my accomplishments include: 2022-23 Hamilton County All-Tournament Team, 2022-23 Merry Mule All-Tournament Team and MVP, 2022-23 BDC East All-Conference Team, 2023-24 Hamilton County All-Tournament Team, and 2023-24 Merry Mule All-Tournament Team. While basketball is a valued passion of mine, so are my academics. Throughout high school, I have taken numerous challenging courses and managed a high GPA of 3.95. I have also stayed top 10 in my class rank. Within my school, I have held many leadership positions, which include: FBLA President and Media Manager, Science Club Secretary, Class Vice President, Student Council Class Representative, and this year I was named Captain of the Varsity Girls Basketball Team. Each of these positions have shaped me into the student and athlete I am today. I have truly enjoyed growing and leading my peers. After high school, not only would I like to compete in basketball, I would like to earn a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. This summer, I will attend basic training to become a military police officer within the National Guard. I am different from other individuals because of my mentality, and my ability to adapt and persevere. Life, academics, and athletics, have brought me many challenges, but I always adapt to the situation by keeping a positive outlook and persevering. I am ready to put the work in and be successful.
