Hi, my name is Lidia Kelsey. I am 16 and a Junior at Edwards County High School in the 2022 season. I have been watching volleyball for as long as I can remember. I have been playing volleyball since I was 10 years old. Club volleyball has helped me grow tremendously as a player. I have been playing in Evansville, Indiana at River City for 6 years. Volleyball has been my passion for many years because it has been a very big sport throughout my family. Watching my sisters play while I was a child has made me want to pursue my dream to play at a competitive collegiate level.
I live on a farm in a little town called Bone Gap. I have participated in 4-H ever since I was in the 3rd grade. While in 4-H, I have showed cattle and hogs and have been successful at our county fair. Also, my family owns a meat packing plant that I work at throughout the summer.
On the court, I am a leader and will encourage others when they are down. I am dedicated to playing volleyball at a collegiate level and will work as hard as possible to get there.
