I have been playing basketball since 4th grade. I started playing with Bolingbrook Stars an in-house basketball club. It was a very good experience for me and from then on I knew I wanted to play basketball. I loved the challenge and the competition from others which strived me to become a better player. From then on I played with my travel team Naperville Rockets. I have played with this team for 5 years so far and they are like a family to me. I have learned so much from my coach and especially my teammates. We all grew together. During the off season from travel I went to Bulls/Sox academy for basketball training. I learned so many new techniques. My favorite post move I learned is the up and under I use that move frequently because I find it awesome .After an amazing middle school basketball career with Thomas Jefferson Junior High School in Woodridge,IL scoring 590 points my 7th and 8th grade year total. I averaged 15 points per game. I won MVP of the Westmont tournament both my 7th and 8th grade year and All-tourney of the Mayors Goodwill Tournament my 8th grade year. Once I graduated from Jefferson I attended St.Francis High School in Wheaton,IL. I made the varsity team as a freshman and I am enjoying my high school basketball career so far with the team and coaches. My goal coming here to St.Francis is to when a state championship. I've always wanted to be able to stay I won a state championship during high school and hopefully I will get that opportunity. In the future I am striving to get into a division one school. Yes, I know the chances into getting into a division one school is 1% but I believe you can do anything if you put your mind to it. I am an all-rounded player, coachable and dedicated. Not just dedicated towards basketball but school. Maintaining grades and getting an well education is first priority for me. I help people and give back when I can. I am not the loudest person but I can be goofy and silly. I can be quit the jokester at times. Basketball is something I love and enjoy to play and will do what ever it takes to reach my goal.
