Farida Youssef '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Farida Youssef; I am Egyptian; I play basket ball in the Egyptian national league; I have Egyptian based American Uncles living in Sacramento, the bay area and LA. I am now in finished 11th grade in Egypt (IGCSE), the Cambridge British certificate; I 've got an overall A grade which is equivalent to a GPA 4. I won with my team Egyptian shooting club the U14 , U16 national basketball championships in Egypt; I also played for the Egyptian National Team who won 2nd place in the FIBA African Nations Cup in 2019 and qualified for U17 World Cup in Romania , August 2020. I play positions 1 and 2 (Point Guard and Shooting Guard). I also used to play for another team Gezira Sporting Club for the junior stage (up to  U12) where I won with them all national championships in Egypt. I hope that I can take my game to the next level and play on a competitive level for a college team in Vancouver, Canada where I am going to settle  with my family after high school ;  where I can be recruited by  a college where I can play basket ball and study (I hope to be a dentist).
