Darby Pitts '23 Recruiting Profile

I love the game of basketball. I love my team and coaches. I have learned so many things from playing basketball that has made me want to continue playing on the collegiate level. Ultimately, I would like to use the experiences I gain through playing the game on many levels to be able to impact the lives of others around me and help them be a better player through coaching.

I am an extremely hard worker and like to practice. This helps me improve on the aspects of the game I know as well as to learn new things to add to my game. I also like to encourage and push those around me to be better. No one player makes a team, and if everyone is working together, we can achieve so much more.

I am also proud of my achievements off the court. I take pride in my schoolwork and want to excel in the classroom as well because I know that will make me a well-rounded person and help me achieve my ultimate goal of being a coach.
