Jaylee Schoelerman '27 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jaylee Schoelerman.  I am a 16-year-old Junior at Timber Lake High School, in Timber Lake, South Dakota.  Timber Lake is located in northcentral South Dakota on the Cheyenne Indian Reservation, where I am an enrolled member.  I have loved the game of basketball for as long as I can remember.  I have been playing varsity basketball since my 8th grade year.  I am a 5'7" guard on my school team as well as traveling teams.  I love to make that pass to find that open teammate for the open shot.  For me, it's not about the individual stats, but team success.

Academically I have a 3.9 GPA and a member of our schools National Honor Society.  In school, I have also been active in theater, Panther Pals (elementary mentoring program), volleyball, track and FFA.

I am looking for a college that will challenge me academically as well as athletically.
