Jessica Monroe '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jessica Monroe and I am a part of the class of 2016 at McLean High School. When I graduate college I am looking to become a sports broadcaster so I will still be able to spend time around the game that I love. Long story short, I love basketball and everything that comes with it. It is not just a sport to me. When I do so little as to pick up a ball or hear the sound of sneakers on the court, I am happy. I love basketball and I have had serious passion for it since I was a little girl. Ever since I was young I have wanted to play college ball. I work hard with intensity through every workout, practice, and game. I am a leader on and off the court and I work hard to succeed with my teams. My teammates and coaches always tell me that I look ecstatic when I play and that everything just looks natural. Basketball is my passion and my dream and I can't wait to represent a college someday.
