Megan Phifer '21 Recruiting Profile

I have a strong desire to attend a college that will fulfill my dreams of becoming a college athlete and achieve a degree of my choosing.  As a prior Gymnast with 7 competitive years of experience, I am able to translate those skills into diving to further my athletic career.  I am a dependable, loyal, and positive individual that radiates this same energy to my team. The ability to perform under pressure stems from my mental toughness and a strong work ethic.  Sports have always been an integral part of my life,  and my GPA proves I am successful at balancing studies with athletics.

2020-2021 season- Hoosier Conference finished 1st with a score of 396.9 breaking the 11 dive school record at Tipton. At  the Carmel High School Sectionals finished 3rd place advancing me to Regionals. 

2019-2020 season-  In the Hoosier Conference, I placed 5th with a 309.30. In our Sectional with some of the biggest schools in the state (Carmel, Noblesville, and Westfield), I was able to place 4th with a new personal record of 327.20. This 4th place finish advanced me to Regionals, where I had an 11th place finish beating my 13th place seed. The top 8 advance to state.
