National Title T...I am hoping to attend a college or university to to pursue an advanced Degree. I am interested in several subjects, including Theater, Film Studies, Sociology, and Kinesiology. Ideally, I would like to work in film, but I am also interested in coaching, Physical Therapy, and teaching.
I am a lifelong athlete with extensive training in trampoline gymnastics. As a trampolinist, I won multiple state titles and regional medals. In 2018, I was the national champion on Level 7 trampoline. I am familiar with the demands of high-level training. As a trampolinist, I used to leave school early to train but still maintained a high GPA and participated in school functions. I don't slack in strength training or dry-land workouts, and I get to practice on time. I'm dedicated to diving and currently drive two hours to practice, twice a week. We don't have a diving coach in my city, so I have to travel to train. I've been traveling for three years and attend dive camps through the summer.
Being an athlete requires discipline because of the intense time demands. Over the years, I have learned to manage my time. I perform in varsity high school theater, take voice lessons, dive five days a week, travel two days a week, perform community service for the National Honor Society, and take all Pre-AP and AP classes. Despite this workload, I maintain good grades and appear on the A-B honor roll. I've lettered in Theater and Diving, performed on the competitive theater team, performed with the varsity choir, won a silver medal at the Texas UIL state solo singing competition, competed at state in diving twice, and just beat my school record on 1-meter board. In 2024, I earned All-District Honors in diving. I also dive for AAU. I've attended dive camp for three summers at Alamo Area Aquatics Diving and the University of Texas Longhorns Diving Camp. Right now, I'm working on all levels of tower, as well as one and three-meter. I just threw my first 205B in a meet, and I'm not working on a back 1 1/2 pike off three-meter.
I don't cause problems on athletic teams and try my best to get along with teammates. I like to have fun at practice, but I'm careful not to get distracted. Respect for coaches and teammates is important. I don't criticize, gossip or bully teammates, and I disapprove of those who do.
If you add me to your team, you'll get a coachable, experienced athlete who knows how to balance extracurriculars with academics.
