Roslyn Leitner '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Roslyn Leitner and I appreciate you taking interest in me. I look to be a positive representative of your school and contribute to winning in your program. Currently I carry a 3.85 GPA and am taking all honors and advanced classes. Maintaining a strong GPA, receiving a fulfilling education, and playing winning golf at the highest level are important goals that I have for my college experience.  

I have been playing golf for as long as I can remember and come from a family of golfers and athletes. I enjoy working on every aspect of my game which continues to dramatically improve. I made the varsity golf team my Freshman year and achieved all-conference honors. I also play basketball and was Captain of the Frosh team. My basketball coaches voted for me to receive The Commitment Award for my hard work and dedication. I am working toward being on the varsity basketball team my sophomore year.

I am an active member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in East Dundee. I volunteer in my community. This year I will join interact, which is a community service organization at school in working my way toward earning National Honor Society membership my junior and senior year.

People describe me as positive, friendly, a great teammate, and fun. I am very blessed to have a supportive family, have great coaches and close-knit friends. Thank you again for taking interest in me and I look forward to talking with you in the near future.
