Yoga

During the 2012 golf season, we took yoga as a team. Coach Walters encouraged us that this was great opportunity to relax our muscles and mind from practice, school, and anything else. Yoga helped me mentally and physically.

I began playing around 6th grade through the First Tee program and my dad, who played at Alabama. But, I became serious with the sport the summer after 7th grade and started with my private instructor summer before sophomore year.
