Personal Statement

Hello! I'm Kalani Yang from Saint Paul, Minnesota. 

My aspirations are my mom and dad, immigrating from Thailand and Laos to provide a better life for themselves. My dad introduced me to gold at an early age, and I remember my dad telling me that I have a future in golf. Although I took a break for awhile, we both believe that the more I practice, I'll become the person I always wanted to be when I was little. I want to play collegiate golf to push myself to the limits, make new bonds, and discover where I'll go with golf.
