Personal Statement

My name is Zoey Blaszczyk. I am 14 years old and I am in the 8th grade. I am enrolled in West Collierville Middle School in Collierville, TN. I am the oldest in my family out of 4 kids. I am super excited to start this journey and can not wait to see what is in store for me in the future. I started playing golf at the age of 10. I knew right away that I loved the sport. It’s challenging, rewarding and so fun! My goal is to play D1 College golf. I believe I have the drive, determination, passion and work ethic to play at a high level. I have an incredible short game on the course.I am also very strong and can drive the ball long.

I am a multi sport athlete. I play Varsity basketball for West Collierville Middle School. I believe that playing 2 sports competitively shows I am a well rounded athlete that has what it takes to compete at the next level.

When I am not golfing or playing basketball, I volunteer reffing recreational basketball games as well as cheering on my 3 siblings at their sporting events.

I want to attend a college that I can get an education that will help me become an exceptional leader on and off the course.
