Lucy Duryea '21 Recruiting Profile

I am currently participating in a medical explorers program at my local hospital to learn about careers in the health care field. After high school, I plan to attend a four-year university and hope to major in Kinesiology. I began playing hockey as a mini-mite when I was five and continued playing rec hockey through bantams. In high school, I started to play hockey year-round, on high school varsity boys' leagues, and AA girls teams. I currently play on my high school JV boys team.  I balance a part-time job, full-time school schedule, and hockey six days a week.  I spend my free time skating and shooting on the frozen pond in my neighborhood. My coach has told me that I make the right decision with the puck 10 out of 10 times.
