I’m Julie-Catherine Bernard, a 2027 forward from Kimball Union Academy, originally from Québec, Canada. I’m a dedicated, bilingual student-athlete who values discipline, respect, and balance in everything I do. Living and studying in the U.S. has helped me become more adaptable, resilient, and open-minded, both in the classroom and in life.
Academically, I’m passionate about science and health. I plan to pursue a strong pre-med or pre-health program, with the goal of becoming a physician or physical therapist. I’ve learned how to manage a demanding academic schedule while staying committed to my goals, and I always aim to maintain a high standard in my work.
Athletically, I bring intensity, speed, and a high hockey IQ to the game. I may not be the biggest player, but I compete hard and always put the team first. In the off-season, I train five days a week and skate twice a week to keep improving physically and technically. I’m serious about my development and always looking for ways to grow.
I’m looking for a program where I can contribute with character, consistency, and leadership—on the ice, in the classroom, and in the community.
