Grace Martinez 20...My aspirations and goals for my collegiate career are to further my skills in Lacrosse and to further my teamwork skills for my life beyond Lacrosse. I am a good candidate for your team because I am dedicated in everything I do and am always open to suggestions. I am dedicated on and off the field: as well as being a high school student I am enrolled in College classes at Rio Salado College. By the time I finish high school I will be graduating with an Associates Degree from college. I am also apart of the honors college at Rio Salado. In Lacrosse I am always determined to be the best I can be and with have only been playing since freshman year. Of course just school is not enough lacrosse to be the best I can. I have been involved in with club lacrosse the entire off season as well, to develop my stick and team skills. I love getting suggestions because I know they are all to make me a better player.
I am very positive and love to pump my teammates up for practice and games, which will be great for any team! I was rewarded by chosen to be a JV Captain and also got moved up to Varsity for the last half of the 2017 season. I am a starter on Varsity this year as a mid fielder. I am currently leading my team in caused turnovers, ground balls, and assists. I was also selected to represent Team Arizona for the Women’s National Tournament this Memorial weekend at Stony Brook University. If you chose me to play for you I will work as hard as I possibly can to make our team the best it can be.
