I aspire to attend a Division I, II or III college with a high academic ranking. I also endeavor to become a medical doctor more specifically a surgeon. I have a deep affection for being able to help others and accommodate their needs by using the skills I've acquired. Being able to see others thrive and living a healthy life by utilizing my skills would be an amazing accomplishment. I'm considered by others and myself to be a very competitive, aggressive, and passionate person when it comes to achieving my goals. These strong traits were accumulated from years of being involved in countless athletics ranging from two years of track, one year of flag football, one year of dance, five years of Taekowndo where I achieved my black belt at the age of eleven, and two years of Jiu Jitsu.
I am team oriented and whatever I do in life I cannot stand failing. I tend to beat myself up about it later, but it does help me to work harder and it helps build my character. I am not a quitter and when I commit to something I see it through to the end. For example, lacrosse practice is held at 6:00 am and despite whether its rainy weather or cold I would never skip practice because I'm committed to the team and my fellow teammates. I attend practice every day giving my coach and my team 100% because not only do I want to succeed, but I want my team to succeed with me. Also I attend Clark Magnet School and achieved a 3.7 grade point average after my first semester in 9th grade demonstrating my ability to excel in academics while concurrently participating in a team sport. Lastly my commitment to both academics and athletics are equal as I strive to obtain straight A's in the classroom and excellence on the field.
