Alaina Palmer '22 Recruiting Profile

I am a self-motivated, hardworking person that is constantly striving to do better.  I believe there is always room for improvement in every aspect of my life and I am always open to new ideas and suggestions.  I work extremely hard in school and hold myself to the personal expectation that I will always give my best.  I have the same expectations of myself in lacrosse.  I understand that I may not always be the best player on the field, but I can guarantee that I will give 110% of my effort to the practice or game at hand, and then I will work tirelessly to improve my weaker areas.  Not trying and giving up are two notions that don't exist in my life!  I always try to keep a positive, upbeat attitude in the classroom and on the field, and continually try to encourage my teamates and classmates.  I can be described as a driven, uplifting, hardworking, honest, studious, smart, loving, thoughtful, and resilient young lady that aims for the stars.
