Ella Bartolomei '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ella Bartolomei and I I currently go to Cape Cod Academy in Osterville MA. I've been playing lacrosse for 7 years competitively. I have started on high school varsity since 7th grade as an attacker.  Starting on a highschool team so young has taught me how to adapt quickly. This has given me an advantage against other girls my age because I was able to adjust quickly and now excel at a younger age. I am a hard worker who is willing to do anything to make my teammates better. I am a good recruit for my leadership skills on and off the field at a high level. I am always looking for ways to improve and build on my skills and to help my teammates either older or younger than me to do the same. I am a player a Coach could trust.
