Playing lacrosse in college is something that I have a strong desire to do. I started playing club lacrosse in 7th grade-8th grade and picked up on it really quick. I loved the game from the very beginning and have ever since known that I want to commit myself to being able to play this sport in college. My freshman year of high school I made varsity and became a starter. I was also nominated as most improved attack that season. I was a starting attack my sophomore year as well. I was selected All-Conference, All-Section, and Most Valuable Attack to my team that season. I am also selected to be a captain for the upcoming season as a junior.
I have the ability to set up plays, I have a strong shot, I am able to see open net and pick out shots when shooting on net, and I always hustle. I believe I am a team leader, bring a positive impact to my team, and most importantly I am very coachable. I am always committed to being the hardest working player on the team and strive to make myself the best I can be. I want to push myself to my furthest potential so that I can achieve my dream of playing college lacrosse.
I am a very hardworking student in the classroom and maintain a high GPA. I get very good grades because academics are very important to me and I have a good work ethic. I also play on the Varsity Girl's Hockey team at my high school so I am always staying active even if it isn't lacrosse.
I want to be able to play lacrosse in college at a competitive level while still focusing on school and getting the degree that I want.
