Becca Newell '28 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Becca Newell and I am a freshman attending Rumson Fair-Haven High School. I am a multi-sport athlete, but I love playing lacrosse. I play attack for my club team All-Lax Select.  My lacrosse IQ is one of my strongest assets.  I use my high IQ to be a leader and a threat on the field. It also allows me to play any position on the field that my team may need.

Personally, I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes when I was 4 years old. My diagnosis has made me realize that I can’t let anything limit my successes. I channel that determination into being a great team player and a leader on and off the field. My goal is to play lacrosse at the highest level and I will use that determination and grit to realize my dream.
