Jacqueline Martin '12 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'6" attack wing from Branchburg, NJ. I have been a starter on the Rutger's Prep High School varsity lacrosse team since my freshman year. This past year, my sophmore year I was the team high scorer with 51 goals and a total of 59 points. So far this season I have matched a school record that has stood for 25 years, the single game scoring record, by scoring 12 goals in a single game. I have played lacrosse since middle school and have also played internationally competitive AAA Womens Ice Hockey for the NJ Rockets travel Ice hockey teams both boys and girls since I was 9 years old. For the past two years my 19U Womens Ice Hockey team was the Atlantic District Champions and we earned the right to represent our district in the USA Hockey National Championships in Green Bay Wisconsin '10 and Detroit, Mi '11. I am currently still playing AAA Womens Ice Hockey. I am a strong individual and team player and know I will excel in college lacrosse. I am interested in schools in the mid-atlantic, north-eastern US geography, but would be open to others. I am currently undecided on my major however I am leaning towards the financial and related fields.
