Hannah Williams '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Hannah Williams, and I am a senior at Socastee High School. I have been playing lacrosse for 5 years with experience in JV and Varsity. I am currently a starter for Varsity as midfield and attack, but I also play backer in my club team's zone defense. In the off-season, I play for the club/travel team, Myrtle Beach Lightning; last year we ended our summer season with 2 championship wins and 2nd place in another tournament. Along with being on a club team, I have put in the extra work to help my skills through agility and strength training, as well as shooting and stick work training. Aside from being an athlete, I am in my school's IB program and am actively involved in various clubs. I also give back to my community through activities at my church, such as lectoring, and my job with the City of Myrtle Beach. I am also part of different honor societies at my school, and I was secretary for our Rho Kappa club. In college, I hope to work towards an engineering degree, although I am not entirely sure what field I would like to be in. I also love traveling abroad and have been able to do so through my school.
