Personal Statement

My name is Patricia Lynn. I have a lean, athletic physical presence from the year round weight, agility training; as well as sprint and stick work. I train with my team and on my own - always hitting the wall. I love this sport.

I am a varsity starter at attack for Kinkaid High School. We placed 2nd in State and won the city private school championships. It was very educational to play with all the talent on our team. (4 D1 commits)

I am a starting midfielder for Grit Houston 2022. I am a draw specialist, with a 68% draw possession last year. (playing for Tenacity)  Last year, I was on the All American team for Tenacity. At Sandstorm, I was the only 22 to sub for the championship games, playing all 3 positions. This year, I was chosen to go to Under Armor 150 and play in Baltimore, July 9-10. I recently was chosen to play on the Under Armour Southwest Command Division Team in Baltimore at the end of June.

I believe I am a true team player, wanting everyone on the field to succeed. I try to make my teammates look good, so we all do well.

In college, I plan to study Business or Economics. I enjoy science as well, so that might be a good minor. I am a diligent student and put in the hours it takes to keep all A's and B's.

Outside of school and sports, my faith is very important. I attend church regularly and a weekly bible study. I also volunteer with many organizations. I am also an accomplished swimmer and triathlete.

My dream is to play college lacrosse. I am an extremely hard worker and will go those "extra hours" to improve my skills.

Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. It is much appreciated.
