As an athlete, I work hard at developing a varied skill set in order to be a reliable lacrosse player and teammate. I'm a competitive and driven player who focuses on dialing in my shot, defensive dexterity, and draw techniques. I am a dependable goal scorer, and my stats are high for assists and draw controls as well. I'm a strong and agile midfielder and attacker with great stamina and excellent field and game awareness. On the field I am a natural leader and not afraid to speak up respectfully when presenting suggestions or ideas to my coach, or speaking on behalf of my teammates.
I have played both school and club lacrosse for the past six years and absolutely love it. My team reached the playoffs for the first time my freshman year and returned to compete in playoffs again my sophomore year. I’m proud to have played for Team Washington to represent my state the past two years, and to be selected as an all-conference player my sophomore year. I look forward to helping coach and ref within my youth lacrosse program this coming spring.
As a student, I have maintained a cumulative 4.0 GPA while taking honors courses including biology, English, and math, along with playing club and high-school lacrosse, high-school basketball, and high-school soccer -- all at the varsity level. I will be taking AP Physics and AP Language this coming school year.
My goal is to play competitive college-level lacrosse while pursuing a degree in the medical/health-care field.
